Axis Mental Health Telehealth’s virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) delivers effective, accessible, and continuous care for individuals with mental health and co-occurring disorders. We provide structured treatment through a combination of individual and group therapy sessions, psychoeducation, medication management, and holistic approaches tailored to each client’s specific needs. Axis Telehealth employs care coordination and case management to ensure a seamless transition from acute care to outpatient care, facilitating comprehensive and personalized treatment plans.
The Team
Esteban Juarez, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker trained in EMDR and TF-CBT, is Certified as an Individual and Group Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) Facilitator and informed in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Esteban is also a certified MSW Field Instructor and ASW supervisor. Esteban is a Certified Level I Personality Dimensions Facilitator. Esteban has over 15 years of experience providing English and Spanish psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, older adults, couples, and families. Esteban strives to provide the highest quality of care to all individuals in the community to help them reach their true potential.
